Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Order confirmation & shipping confirmation
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Shipping destinations
We ship from Sweden to customers worldwide.

Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK (as shown at checkout). Free shipping availability may vary by destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons:

  • Sweden: typically 1–3 business days

  • EU: typically 3–7 business days

  • International: typically 7–14 business days

Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking isn’t available for your selected method/destination, we’ll still confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, local taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we can reship the order (shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable).

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@julibee.se with your order number and photos of the package and item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@julibee.se with your order number. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and discuss next steps based on the carrier’s outcome.
